Hello, my name is Sarah and I’ve been a licensed realtor since 2016 (Louisiana) and
since 2024 (British Columbia). I first started in real estate working for a developer in
Esquimalt selling all the units at the Ovation back in 2009. It was really just a stopover
job in my long career in event planning but I loved it and it definitely lit a spark for me.
Then in 2016, I was living in New Orleans with two little babies at home and decided to
get my real estate license. Soon after, I began flipping houses and even did one house
on First Time Flippers on tv. As the years went on I grew my business and became one
of the top realtors in the New Orleans area where I still work as a realtor, developer and
property manager.
As a realtor, my focus has been helping first time home buyers achieve their dreams of
home ownership and doing it in a way that is super approachable, informative and
hopefully fun! On the listing side, I have my certification in luxury home marketing and I
use that knowledge to build a true real estate campaign for my sellers. I love thinking
outside the box and using equal parts technology and relationships to be effective for
my clients.
I always wanted to return to Victoria and in July of 2023 we finally made the move. We
bought an old fixer upper in Oak Bay and I worked on getting my license and renovating
our home. I am thrilled to be able to sell real estate on two coasts and feel lucky to have
the support of my family, my clients and an excellent teammate in Brent.
My husband and I, have three kids with two at Willows Elementary and one at Monterey
Middle who keep us busy and always running to a plethora of youth sports events. In
my downtime, I love sewing, knitting scarves that never end and watching my chef
husband make extravagant meals for our family.
